8. Chia Seeds

In these grains, you will get omega-3 fatty acid in high quantity, which is very good for the brain of the baby. Chia seed scan be taken 3 or 4 times a week after soaking 1 teaspoon in milk or water for half an hour. They swell up immediately.

9. Sunflower Seeds

One of the greatest kinds of seeds to eat while pregnant is sunflower seeds, especially in the third trimester. You may receive a fantastic helping of iron with even a few. Sunflower seeds contain manganese, magnesium, copper, vitamin K, and other nutrients in addition to helping with morning sickness, nausea and vomiting.
