Sales Manager

Responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing Overall sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating sales representatives (Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts)
  • Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives
  • Lead, Align & Co-ordinate whole Sales Team. (Inhouse & Work from home, worldwide representatives)
  • Quality Lead Generation, Assigning & Managing between sales representatives
  • Set and track Sales Performance, KPIs
  • Audit Daily sales calls & Improve calls performance
  • Play a Strategic role in companies Webinars, Seminars & Awareness Program
  • Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
  • Coordination with Marketing and Branding team
  • On Job Training, Motivates & Coaching the team players
  • Handling Clients Objections & Resolving customer complaints
  • Identify opportunities for sales, Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
  • Reward and recognize to the sales representatives

Skills Must Have

  • 3 Years Experience as a sales Executive and minimum 1 year experience as Sales Manager or a similar role
  • Experience in Team Leader in Sales
  • Knowledge of best practices in Sales, Leading team
