The ideal candidate should have strong tele-calling, lead management, and convincing skills to drive enrollments for our Garbhsanskar programs and parenting services. This is a performance-based role suitable for candidates passionate about sales and client communication.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience in Service or IT sector preferred; freshers may also apply.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to speak confidently in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
  • Sales Skills: Skilled in tele-calling, lead handling, persuasion, and achieving sales targets.
  • Tech Comfort: Familiarity with CRM tools and maintaining digital records.
  • Positive Personality: Self-motivated, confident, and result-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Job Type: Full-time (In-office)
  • Location: Dreamchild Garbh Sanskar, Surat
  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month for 3 months as per target Performance, after 3 months of Joining Base Salary + Incentive Plan apply
  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass andGraduation Preferred
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in Sales(preferably in Service or IT Sector)
  • Skills Needed: Tele-calling, leadhandling, convincing skills, target achievement, CRM familiarity
  • Personality Traits: Confident speaker,positive attitude, self-motivated, result-oriented
  • Language Skills: Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and Basic English
