What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR (preferably in Insurance, Education, or Sales sector)
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Hands-on experience in recruitment, culture building, and HR operations
Proactive, system-oriented, and detail-driven
