DreamChild Garbh Sanskar is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations including hiring, onboarding, training, employee relations and performance management. Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
Experience in HR operations, recruitment, training & employee engagement
Strong analytical skills for attendance, performance, productivity and HR data
Ability to design SOPs, policies and performance evaluation systems
Knowledge of recruitment tools, HRMS, onboarding processes & compliance
Strong communication, people-handling & conflict-resolution skills
Ability to identify trends in employee performance & plan improvement strategies
Experience in retention planning, cultural activities & motivation programs
