What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the Insurance or Education sector
Proven ability in team leadership, strategy planning, and target achievement
Familiarity with CRM tools and performance monitoring systems
Excellent communication, motivation, and analytical skills
Confident, goal-driven, and disciplined personality with a passion for growth
