Welcome to the DreamChild Garbh Sanskar Refer & Earn Program. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before participating in the referral program. By referring your friends or family members, you agree to comply with these terms.
Invite your friends to DreamChild Garbh Sanskar and earn exciting rewards when they successfully purchase an eligible subscription.
1. A referrer may refer up to 30 new users under the Refer & Earn Program. DreamChild Garbh Sanskar reserves the right to modify this limit at any time without prior notice.
2. At the time of signup/app install, the new user must ensure the referral code is applied — either auto-shown or entered manually. It is the responsibility of both the referrer and the referred user to confirm the code is correctly applied at that time; if the referral code is not applied during signup/install, the referrer will not be eligible for earnings from that referral.
3. The referrer and the referred user must be different individuals. Referrals may be considered invalid if both accounts are found to be associated with the same person, address, mobile number, email address, device, payment method, or any other identifying information.
4. Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to participate in the DreamChild Garbh Sanskar Refer & Earn Program.
5. After referring, the referrer should confirm that the referred user appears in their "Refer & Earn" list within the app.
6. Earning becomes eligible only once the referred user purchases a valid subscription..
7. The referrer will receive ₹200 for every successful GS Plus referral and ₹500 for every successful GS Pro referral, credited to the wallet after the referred user successfully purchases the respective subscription.
8. Redemption can be requested only once the wallet balance reaches a minimum of Rs. 700.
9. Any referral reward amount credited to the wallet must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of credit. If not redeemed within this period, the amount will expire and shall no longer be available for redemption.
10. Redemption requests are manually verified by the admin team, after which payment is made via UPI or Bank Transfer. Once approved, the redemption amount will be credited to the referrer's account within 7 working days.
11. Participants are advised to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. DreamChild Garbh Sanskar reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Refer & Earn Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. DreamChild Garbh Sanskar shall not be responsible for any delay, failure, or inability to credit referral rewards due to incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or inaccurate information provided by either the referrer or the referred user.
13. The decision of DreamChild Garbh Sanskar regarding the eligibility of referrals, reward credits, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding on all participants.
Note: Any attempt to misuse, manipulate, or abuse the Refer & Earn Program — including creating fake accounts, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or any other fraudulent activity — may result in immediate disqualification from the program. In such cases, or where DreamChild Garbh Sanskar believes these Terms & Conditions have been violated or the referral is found to be invalid or ineligible, DreamChild Garbh Sanskar reserves the right to withhold, reject, cancel, or revoke any pending or earned referral rewards.
