Intro

1. Common Tests
You must check your Hemoglobin (Hb),Vitamin B12 and D3, Blood and Urine Sugar, H.I.V., Hepatitis, Thyroid, Cholesterol, Thalassemia etc. test before baby planning. B.P. (Blood Pressure)check is also required if you feel fatigue or some other problems.
2. Ultrasonography (USG)
Ultrasonography used to visualise anatomical structures in the abdomen. It visualises egg size and quality, fallopian tube, uterus wall, and other internal organs through the abdominal wall by transmitting and reflecting ultrasound waves. Thus, we come to know about the health of the Uterus, which is the fundamental necessity for a healthy pregnancy.
3. Prakriti Parikshan
As per Ayurveda, Prakriti or the characteristic personality of an individual is a combination of the three Doshas - Vata, Pitta and Kapha, which may continue in the child through parents. So, do the balance of Vata, Pitta and Kapha corrected by an Ayurveda specialist before 3 months of baby planning & follow diet chart and instructions, given by them.
4. Genetic Test
Before the birth, fetus may get many diseases through the genes of the parents. Diabetes, Cancer, Heart Attack, Thalassemia, Sickle cell anemia, Obesity, Epilepsy, some Blood, brain and eye diseases etc., are called genetic diseases or genetic disorders.
